Everyone that uses a forklift to handle their molds and dies occasionally drops them. It is not necessarily the fault of the forklift driver, it is just an unsafe methode. Forklift take up wide aisles and take several steps just to locate the die or mold to be used.

The good news is we have desinged a better way to store and retrieve dies and molds by using our Roll-Out Shelf units.

The manuel units have shelf widths up to 120", depth up to 60" , and capacities up to 2,000 LBS. Air powered units have shelf widths up to 40", shelf depth up to 10' and capacities up to 40,000 Lbs. In either case, you simply extend the self, hook on the item with an overhead crane and set it directly into the machine. This will save substantial floor space and cut your changeover time in half.
