ROLL-OUT SHEET RACKS provide drawers for flat stock for loads up to 10,000lbs and 6’ x 12’ sizes. The drawers roll-out to a full extension for convenient loading and retrieving. Drawers are offered in either a crank-out or pull-out design. Several models are available specific to the size, capacity, and height of the storage requirement.

The drawers pull out from the floor permitting immediate access for placement and retrieval of material with a crane. Loading can be accomplished conveniently with a sheet lift, magnet, slings, or vacuum lifter. The rack can greatly compliment production machinery such as a shear, laser cutter, and press brake. It can provide a simple and inexpensive means to accomplish a manufacturing cell further enhancing productivity.

SPACESAVER RACKS featuring crank-out receptacles that provide 100% overhead access to long heavy loads of structural steel, bar and tube. The racks are offered in virtually any length and weight capacity and in levels to 8 tall.

The swing frame option frees up the roll-out space making the rack further
compact or able to install in an aisle. The double-sided roll-out option provides access from either side adding to the convenience of serving two machines or two bays.

The standard Roll-Out Sheet Rack drawers will accommodate material sizes up to 72"x144" and have a capacity of 5,000 lbs. each. The rack can be installed individually or in a series. It can greatly compliment production machinery such as a shear, laser cutter and press brake.
